Draft Feature Freeze

Until this date/meeting, feature proposal can be submitted to the planning board (in GitHub). The current status (as an interim status in the refinement phase) of the previous feature proposals will also be discussed at this meeting.

Meeting (approx 3 hours)​

  • Present all the given features which are already on the board.
  • Walkthrough of the feature proposals.
  • Discuss quality and dependencies of the feature proposals.
  • Discuss expectations of Definition of Entry Criteria.

Outcome​

  • Common/aligned understanding of current feature proposal quality.
  • Identified dependencies between feature proposals.
  • Identified gaps in the feature proposal.
  • Common understanding about upcoming Release (dependent on feature proposals on the board).
